Privacy notice

This site is operated by Bruno Genovese, trading through KBB (Kingdom Business Builders), a brand of Blueglide LTD, registered in England and Wales. Contact: bruno@brunogenovese.com.

What I collect

• Booking data. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you add to the form, and shares them with me.
• Newsletter subscriptions. If you subscribe, your email is collected and stored by Substack on my behalf.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager collect anonymised traffic data (pages visited, device type, approximate location). IP addresses are anonymised before storage.
• Email enquiries. If you email me directly, I keep your message and reply for as long as is useful for our correspondence.

How I use it

To reply to your enquiry, deliver a service you have asked for, send the newsletter you subscribed to, and understand how the site is used so I can improve it. I do not sell or rent your data, and I do not use it to profile you for advertising.

Lawful basis (UK GDPR)

• Consent for the newsletter and any cookies that are not strictly necessary.
• Legitimate interest for analytics and for replying to direct enquiries.
• Contract performance once an engagement is signed.

The processors used to run this site:

• Vercel (hosting)
• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Workspace email)
• Calendly (call bookings)
• Substack (newsletter)

Each operates under its own privacy terms.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or object to how I use it. Email bruno@brunogenovese.com and I will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Retention

Newsletter subscribers are kept on the list until they unsubscribe. Booking and enquiry data are kept while there is an active conversation, then archived for up to seven years to meet UK accounting and tax record requirements.

Cookies

The site sets cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) and any third-party widgets you interact with (Calendly, Substack). You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings; the site will still work.

I will update this notice if the way I handle data changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
