Believer, husband, father, and growth advisor to faith-driven founders building businesses that scale with peace, purpose and freedom.
My corporate track record. I started in corporate finance. For 20 years I helped launch, grow and lead businesses generating billions in revenue, at American Express, HSBC, NatWest, Virgin Money Digital, and Tandem Bank. I learned how the biggest businesses really run, and where they break.
My entrepreneurial path. Then I walked it myself. I co-founded a digital marketing technology business, scaled it past $10 million in revenue, eighty-five people, and sold it for an 8-figure exit. By every traditional measure, I'd made it. Behind the result, I was running on empty. My health was wrecked, my faith was distant, my family had a man who showed up exhausted. I called it success at the time. It wasn't.
The reset. I surrendered the pressure to perform, re-centred my life around faith and the people who matter, and learned what I should have built from day one: the systems before the team, the team before the scale, the leadership group that lets the business hold itself when the founder steps back. I went again, scaled past $10 million a second time, exited a second time. Same revenue. Different person.
My calling and mission today. I advise faith-driven founders running service businesses, and with some I roll up my sleeves and build alongside them. Strategy, AI systems, execution. The kind of business I'd call a Kingdom business, where what you build belongs to a story bigger than your own success.
This isn't theory. It's the playbook I had to learn the hard way. I'd rather you didn't.
