The work
Scale, peace and freedom.
Most founders want growth. Few want what comes with it. Longer hours, more team friction, less time with the people they love, and the slow drift of why they started. Real scale isn't more revenue at any cost. It's a business that runs without you, capacity to think strategically, and the freedom to lead from your strengths instead of your inbox.
