Hi, I’m Bruno, husband, father, and mentor to visionary Christian CEOs and Entrepreneurs who are ready to be Kindom Builders, and achieve more peace and prosperity. 

For over 15 years, I’ve helped launch, grow, and lead businesses across the globe — from billion-dollar corporations to disruptive scale-ups. My journey has taken me through leadership roles at some of the world’s most respected financial institutions, including American Express, HSBC, Virgin Money, NatWest, and Tandem Bank.

And in the last 7 years I’ve walked the entrepreneurial path firsthand, scaling my own marketing and tech business from the ground up, leading it through rapid international growth, and successfully exiting in an 8-figure acquisition.

By every traditional measure, I had “made it.” But behind the success, I was spiritually empty. The more I built for the world, the more I drifted from God.

It was in that place of disconnection that I was led into a deeper surrender, a divine awakening. I let go of the pressure to perform, and re-centered my life and leadership around intimacy with God. From that place, everything change, not just in my heart, but in my business, my family, and my mission.

Today, I guide and encourage Christian CEOs, business owners, entrepreneurs and executives bridge that same gap — moving from high-achieving but overwhelmed, to aligned, peace-filled, and deeply impactful. I mentor leaders who are no longer willing to trade their soul for success, and who are ready to build something that truly lasts, in the Kingdom and in the marketplace.
