How to delete your data

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data held by Bruno Genovese, trading through KBB (Kingdom Business Builders), a brand of Blueglide LTD, registered in England and Wales.

What I may hold

  • Your name and email if you booked a call, sent an enquiry, or subscribed to the newsletter.
  • Any profile information shared via Meta (Facebook or Instagram) when you connected an account or logged in through a Meta app I operate.
  • Message history from direct correspondence with me.

How to request deletion

Email bruno@brunogenovese.com with the subject line Data deletion request and include:

  • The name and email address you used.
  • If the request relates to a Meta login, the Facebook or Instagram username linked to it.
  • A short note confirming you are the account holder.

What happens next

I will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Once complete, I will email you a confirmation. Backups are overwritten on the normal cycle, which can take up to 90 days. Records I am required to keep for UK accounting and tax purposes (invoices, contracts) are retained for the legal minimum and not used for any other purpose.
